A couple of weeks ago I decided to take a solo trip to the Lincoln Park Conservatory. I had been there before with friends but never by myself. I was feeling a little stressed with school and work and thought it might be nice to just let my mind wander and breathe in some of the amazing plants that the conservatory has.
It was wonderfully relaxing and helped me gain such a sense of calm for the rest of that day. I highly recommend visiting a conservatory when you are feeling stressed it is such a rewarding experience.
